Enchantment Art Studio
1. Deposit & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commision is required to begin any project.
This payment secures the client’s spot and covers time, supplies, and preparation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery of the final artwork — no exceptions.

2. Written Agreement of Details
All details — including canvas size, concept or niche, color palette, mock-up renderings, deadlines, and total price — will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Once the mock-up or concept is approved by the client, no further changes may be made while the painting is in progress.

3. Revisions & Changes
Minor changes may be requested before the final mock-up is approved.
After approval, any additional changes will either include extra fees or be declined at the artist’s discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Policy & Cancellations
All payments made are non-refundable. This policy protects the artist’s time and costs if the commissioner cancels or is unable to complete their payments.

5. Delivery
Artwork will only be shipped, delivered, or released to the client after final payment has successfully cleared.
